Abstract: 

هدف اولیه این تحقیق بررسی طرح جامع فناوری اطلاعات و نقش آن در سازمان های ایتی محور بوده است و هدف در وهله دوم هدف آن بررسی اثر این طرح بر روی عملکرد کارکنان سازمان های آیتی مجور خواهد داشت. با توجه به هدف مطالعه کارکنان شرکت شاتل برای اجرای این طرح به عنوان یک سازمان آیتی محور در نظر گرفته شد. پس از تبیین طرح جامع فناوری اطلاعات دو پرسشنامه برای انجام این پروژه طراحی گردید. یکی برای طرح جامع فناوری اطلاعات و دیگری در رابطه با عملکرد کارکنان این سازمان بررسی شد. روایی وپایایی این پرسشنامه ها تحقیق به ترتیب از طریق روایی سازه با روش تحلیل عاملی مرتبه دوم و در نرم افزار لیزرل و روش آلفای کرنباخ و در یک نمونه مقدماتی مورد تایید قرار گرفت. شرکت کنندگان شامل 290 نفر با میانگین سنی 27.40±5.61. بررسی فرضیات تحقیق از تحلیل رگرسیون، تحلیل عاملی مرتبه دوم و مدل بندی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل LISREL.نتایج: نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که اثر آیتی مستر پلن بر عملکرد سازمانی کارکنان معنی دار شد (p<0.001)، همچنین اثر هر یک از مولفه های آیتی مستر پلن بر افزایش عملکرد کارکنان معنی دار بود (p<0.001).

Impedance SPECTROSCOPY (IS) IS ONE OF THE MOST INFORMATIVE TOOLS FOR CHARACTERIZATION OF ELECTROCHEMICAL SYSTEMS. IT IS BASED ON THE RESPONSE OF SYSTEM TO A PERIODIC ELECTRICAL STIMULUS, IN A WIDE FREQUENCY RANGE. HENCE, THE RESULTANT DATA INCORPORATE, THOUGH NOT DIRECTLY OBSERVABLE, INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTIONS OF COUPLED UNDERLYING SYSTEM’S PROCESSES, EACH RESPONDING TO A LIMITED FREQUENCY RANGE. HOWEVER, AS IMPLICITLY NOTED, IS DOES NOT DIRECTLY MEASURE THE INFORMATION OF SYSTEM’S PROCESSES, AND SO, THE INFORMATION HAS TO BE EXTRACTED FROM THE DATA. TO DOING SO, THE COMMON APPROACH IS TO CONSTRUCT A HYPOTHETICAL WORKING MODEL (KNOWN ASTHEORETICAL APPROACH) THAT BEST DESCRIBES THE IS DATA. AN ALTERNATIVE TO THETHEORETICAL APPROACH FOR EXTRACTION OF INFORMATION FROM IS DATA IS THE SOCALLED EXPERIMENTALAPPROACH, WHICH IN ADDITION TO PARAMETRIC IDENTIFICATION, ENABLES DERIVATION OF THE WORKING MODEL (I.E. STRUCTURAL IDENTIFICATION) FROM EXPERIMENTAL DATA (JUST CONTRARY TO THE THEORETICALAPPROACH WHICH ONLY IDENTIFIES SYSTEM’S PARAMETERS). DIFFERENTIAL Impedance ANALYSIS (DIA), AS ANEXPERIMENTAL APPROACH, CAN BE REGARDED AS A NEW TOOL FOR ANALYSIS OF IS DATA. DIA IS BASED ON TRANSFORMING IS DATA BY SCANNING THE SO-CALLEDLOCAL OPERATING MODEL (LOM) OVER ENTIRE DATA. THIS RESULTS IN NEW SET OF DATA WHICH CAN BE APPLIED, THROUGH FURTHER ANALYSIS, FOR PARAMETRIC AND STRUCTURAL ANALYSES.

Abstract: 

In this paper a new topology based on “Z source inverters” is introduced. In the proposed structure, two inductors of the Impedance network in conventional Z Source Inverter are replaced by two transformers with three windings. Voltage gain of the new inverter is higher than other Z Source networks with any duty cycle. In order to access high output power quality, the proposed inverter operates at a higher modulation index (near 1). Thereby, stress of switching devices is reduced. The performance of the proposed inverter is verified using the MATLAB/SIMULlNK software.

Abstract: 

Background and Objective: Today, contractors are required to submit an HSE Plan before starting a project, and HSE officials in organizations must be able to develop an HSE Plan. Due to the lack of a specific format for the development of the HSE Plan, to avoid personal preferences, save time and money, and include the necessary parts, the present study aimed to provide a consistent model for users to develop a specific HSE-Plan using suitable software. Materials and Methods: First, the main framework of HSE-Plan was determined by searching various databases and including expert opinions. In the next step, the idea generation and design of the portal were done. Afterward, the required basic information was entered into the program and different parts of the program were designed according to the requirements of each section. Finally, the software was validated by testing it in a provincial power distribution company. Results: According to the input options, as well as the subject of the project and its specific requirements, the outputs were designed to suit different projects, and after entering the required information for each section, the output HSE-Plan was displayed. Conclusion: This software helps the user to define appropriate goals and policies for the organization and identify the relevant requirements by entering information such as risk assessment data and the results of occupational accidents, and finally the collection of these materials creates the Plan required by users.

Abstract: 

The extensive penetration of microgrids in the distribution network poses challenges to the control system, coordination with the network, and especially the traditional current-based protection systems despite many advantages such as reducing power outages, increasing reliability and resiliency, enhancing the flexibility of the power system in supplying loads, and improving the power quality. The main reason for the incorrect performance of current protection schemes is the change in the network fault level due to the connection and disconnection of the distributed generator or the microgrid operating mode change from the grid connected to the islanded and vice versa. To improve the performance of the protection system in the presence of microgrids, some schemes have been presented in two general categories: schemes based on modifying the network behavior and schemes based on modifying the protection system. In the first category, the network behavior during the faults is modified by external equipment to operate the conventional protection schemes properly. In the second category, the protection schemes are modified to correct performance according to the network behavior change during the short circuit faults. Due to the limitations of the schemes in the first category, the schemes of the second ones are more practical. Among the second category schemes, the Impedance-based ones can operate in both grid-connected and islanded modes of the microgrid due to their directional nature and independence of the fault level of the network. This article rearranges and reforms the conventional sequence equivalent circuits of the lines during the short circuit faults and presents new equivalent circuits. Also, a protection scheme is proposed using these circuits for low-voltage and medium-voltage overhead and cable lines in smart AC microgrids. The basis of the proposed scheme is the large change in Impedance in the proposed delta sequence equivalent circuit. This scheme employs the voltage and current data at the relay location and the magnitude of the positive sequence voltage at the other line end. Therefore, minimum data exchange between two ends of the line and low sampling rate are the features of the proposed scheme. This scheme is independent of the configuration of the microgrid, its operating mode, and uncertainties in the microgrid. Also, it can detect high resistance and high Impedance short circuit faults in the grid-connected and islanded mode with a detection time of fewer than two cycles in low voltage lines and about three cycles in medium voltage lines. A case study microgrid is simulated in PSCAD software, and the proposed scheme is implemented on it by MATLAB software. The results show the accurate performance of the proposed protection scheme in detecting short circuit fault types in different conditions.

Abstract: 

In this paper, a new feeding structure is applied in the patch antenna design to overcome undesirable features of the earlier multilayer feeding structures while maintaining their interesting features.To more readily understand the operation mechanism of proposed feeding structure, an efficient circuit model has been also presented.It is known that proximity and aperture coupled feeding structures are sensitive to the transverse feed point location. In contrast, the proposed feeding architecture is very easy to fabricate and it overcomes the alignment difficulties arising from the proximity and aperture coupled feeding structures. The CST simulation results, analytic results and measurement ones show good agreement with each other. Moreover, a new miniaturization technique which is based on using High Impedance Wire (HIW) structures has been introduced. Due to their artificial high permeability properties, using proposed method, someone may miniaturize conventional patch antenna without bandwidth and efficiency corruption. Applying suggested method to the proposed antenna structure, two different feeding structures have been designed and compared. Finally, by using AMC structures to load HIW, more miniaturization factor has been achieved.

Abstract: 

This work intends to study the possible effect of reference electrode Impedance on the working electrode Impedance. For this purpose, various electrode/electrolyte systems were examined by electrochemical Impedance spectroscopy (EIS) using reference electrodes having different Impedance. In the experiments, working electrode Impedance were around 1 and 10 kohm. cm2; and the reference electrode Impedance were in the range of 1-10 kohm. The results showed that utilizing reference electrode with highest Impedance resulted in distortion from actual Impedance spectra in high or low frequency region which is of particular importance for corrosion inhibition studies.
